How can I request a lower APR?

Please contact customer service via our chat option or by calling our customer service to discuss your Annual Percentage Rate (APR).

Once you're logged in, look for the "Chat" icon in the bottom corner of the "Home" screen. For best results, access Chat from a desktop computer and make sure your browser is full size.”
