Navigating to Disputes

Once logged in, there are multiple ways to access Disputes information. 

 

1. You can use the secondary tabbed navigation to access Disputes information.

 

2. On the dashboard, you will see a Disputes summary of all active locations over the last seven days. The Disputes table will display new Disputes during that time period. If there are no Disputes to display, you will see a message that indicates there are no Disputes at this time and you are all caught up on responding to Disputes.
