Personal accident pays the insured person or his nominee, a sum insured on the occurrence of the death resulting from bodily injury within a period of twelve months. The sum insured is valid when bodily injury is the sole and direct cause of the death of the insured person or causes permanent total disability within 12 months from the date of accident.


Major Exclusions
This Policy does not cover losses arising out of suicide / attempted suicide, self-Injury, Venereal diseases, war and nuclear perils, during childbirth, any accident whilst under the influence of intoxication, liquor & drugs, mental disorder.
