Card Members are invited to relax before the show at the American Express Lounge at Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
The Lounge is designed for you and your guests to enjoy prior to the show, away from the busy crowds. There's a range of food and drink available to purchase, with a wait staff service to bring your order to the table.
The lounge is located on Level 2, near Door 6.

Lounge Access
To gain entry, simply show your American Express Card at the door.

- All lounges are open from the time the main venue doors open, until the start of the main act
- Each Primary and Additional Card Member may invite up to 3 guests into the lounge (Centurion and Platinum Charge Card Members may invite up to 5 guests)
- Entry is subject to capacity and granted on a first come first served basis. Wait times may apply.
- American Express has a no tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour at any American Express venues or sponsored events (Locations). This includes (but is not limited to) any level of abusive, aggressive or offensive behaviour toward any American Express or partner employee, or any other guests. American Express also promotes responsible consumption of alcohol at its Locations. Should you or any of your guests exhibit (what we deem to be) inappropriate behaviour at any American Express Location, we reserve the right to cancel your American Express card(s) immediately.

Amex Pass
Card Members visiting the Amex Lounge can now save time at check-in with Amex Pass™. To use Amex Pass, ensure the Amex App is downloaded onto your mobile device, and that you know your login details. Once you reach the lounge, simply scan the QR code at entry and follow the prompts.
The American Express Lounge
Before your next show or concert, elevate your experience with a visit to the American Express Lounge. Card Members can escape the crowds and unwind with spacious seating and premium food and beverage offerings for purchase.
To access the American Express Lounge, please have your American Express Card (physical or digital) ready to check-in at the entrance. Capacity is limited.

American Express Card Member Express Cloaking Benefit Terms and Conditions
To access the Amex Card Member Express Cloaking at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, simply use the express queue and show your American Express Card at the cloak room. Please note:
- The Amex Express Cloaking queue is available from the venue external door opening and closing. Timings vary for each event and can be accessed on the Brisbane Entertainment Centre website.
- Each Primary and Additional American Express Card Member can receive Express Cloaking access for up to three (3) guests (Primary and Additional Centurion and Platinum Charge Card Members can cloak up to 5 guests)
- Express entry for Amex Express Cloaking is granted on a first come first served basis. Wait times may apply.
- American Express bear no liability for the operation of the Card Member ‘Express Cloaking’ Benefit, or any loss or damage to their property held at Brisbane Entertainment Centre. All operations of this activity are provided by Brisbane Entertainment Centre and are subject to venue cloaking requirements.
- American Express has a no tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour at any American Express venues, partner venues or sponsored events (Locations). This includes (but is not limited to) any level of abusive, aggressive or offensive behaviour toward any American Express or partner employee, or any other guests. American Express also promotes responsible consumption of alcohol at its Locations. Should you or any of your guests exhibit (what we deem to be) inappropriate behaviour at any American Express Location, we reserve the right to cancel your American Express Card(s) immediately.
- All items checked into the Cloakroom will be subject to a security search prior to cloaking that is determined by Brisbane Entertainment Centre
- Brisbane Entertainment Centre retains the right be refuse cloaking at the venue’s cloak room if an item is deemed too bulky or dangerous in nature.
