We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Rod Laver Arena, which means next time you catch a concert, game or show, you can drop by our brand new American Express Lounge on Level 2, opposite Door 14 (accessible via lift number two). The lounge is open to all American Express Card Members at all publicly ticketed events, so next time you’re visiting Rod Laver Arena, escape the pre-show crowds and join us for a great start to your night.
Please note the American Express Entertainment Lounge at Rod Laver Arena is closed for the duration of the Australian Open, and will reopen from early February.

Lounge Access
To access the American Express Lounge at Rod Laver Arena, simply show your American Express Card at the door. Each Primary and Additional Card Member may invite up to three guests into the lounge, while Centurion and Platinum Charge Card Members may each invite up to five guests.
Please note:
- All lounges are open from the time the main venue doors open, until the start of the main act.
- Entry is subject to capacity and granted on a first come, first served basis. Wait times may apply.
- American Express has a no tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour at any American Express venues or sponsored events (Locations). This includes (but is not limited to) any level of abusive, aggressive or offensive behaviour toward any American Express or partner employee, or any other guests. American Express also promotes responsible consumption of alcohol at its Locations. Should you or any of your guests exhibit (what we deem to be) inappropriate behaviour at any American Express Location, we reserve the right to cancel your American Express Card(s) immediately.
