Payment must be made with an American Express® Platinum Card bearing the Platinum Card Member’s name eligible for this offer. Ticket sales are non-refundable and cannot be resold, offered, promoted or used as prizes or for any other commercial purpose. Photography and media may be present at the events and you may be part of (and agree to participate in) any photography/media depiction of the event. American Express reserves the right to amend or cancel any event and will provide reasonable notice if it does so. Should American Express cancel an event, tickets purchased to that event with
your American Express® Platinum Card will be fully refunded to the Card Member’s Card. Transport, flights and accommodation are not included, unless otherwise stated. Should American Express cancel an event and you have booked travel for the cancelled event with Platinum Concierge, please contact Platinum Concierge on 1800 673 760 to arrange a refund or reschedule, if permitted in the terms of your travel booking. Any travel expenses incurred as a result of event cancellations will not be refunded by American Express.
Covid Safe Information: While American Express, Lateral Events and the venue will take steps to minimise the risks of COVID-19, including complying with all relevant Government guidelines, the Card Member (and guests of the Card Member) acknowledges that these risks cannot be eliminated altogether and agrees not to hold American Express, Lateral Events
and the venue responsible in relation to COVID-19. It is also the Card Member’s responsibility to help manage the risks of COVID-19 in the lead up to and at the event to ensure continued safety and compliance with any Government restrictions in place for you and your guests. Any guest participating in the experience who: (a) is feeling unwell or has had any flu-like symptoms within the last 7 days leading up to the event, (b) has tested positive for, or been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, (c) are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or (d) resides in or has visited a known COVID-19 hotspot area within the last 14 days leading up to the event, must not attend and you should contact Platinum Concierge immediately. American Express will provide ticket-refunds in these COVID-19 related circumstances. Should you attend an event and the Department of Health or other Government Department makes a formal request, you
consent to American Express and the venue disclosing your personal information for contact tracing purposes. As the primary ticket purchaser, you are responsible for providing the contact details of all guests in the group.
Code of Conduct: American Express promotes a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment for all Card Members and their guests at any American Express venue or experience. This includes a zero tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour, including (but not limited to) any level of abuse, such as aggressive or offensive behaviour toward any American Express/partner/event staff, any Card Member and their guests, or any other guests present within the American Express venue or experience. American Express also promotes responsible consumption of alcohol and has the right to refuse service of alcohol to an intoxicated guest. Should any Card Member or guest(s) of the Card Member exhibit (what American Express deems to be) inappropriate behaviour at any American Express venue or experience, American Express reserves the right to remove the Card Member and/or guest(s) from the venue or experience and prohibit future attendance. American Express also reserves the right to cancel the Card Member’s American Express Card(s) immediately.
*Select + Pay with points: Available only to Primary Card Members enrolled in the Membership Rewards Program and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program available at membershiprewards.com.au/termsandconditions. A minimum of 1,000 Membership Rewards points is required for any Select + Pay with points transaction. Any credit to your Card Account cannot exceed the amount of the relevant Eligible
Charges or exceed the current outstanding balance. A credit will appear on your statement as ‘Membership Rewards Credit’. Points will be debited immediately and the credit will take up to 72 hours to appear online. Credits processed after the Card Account’s statement closing date will appear in the following statement. You are still responsible for payment of the amount due on your Card Account by the due date. American Express will select and display each American Express charge for Select + Pay points (‘Eligible Charge’) and the points rate required to pay for the Eligible Charge. Each Eligible Charge must: (a) appear within the Online statement of the Summary of Accounts page; or on the American Express Mobile App timeline; (b) be redeemed within 2 months of the charge appearing on your Card Account; (c) not be a pending transaction; (d) not currently or have previously been disputed; and (e) not be a fee. Eligible Charges, including the points rate required to pay for the Eligible Charge, may be changed at any time without notice. Select + Pay with points transactions can only be completed online. All linked Card Accounts must be in good standing.
