My Account is American Express' secure account management tool. It has been designed to give you fast, safe access to your billing information anywhere you are, at any time you want. It's free, easy to set up, can save you time and help cut down on paperwork.

By registering in My Account, you can access your Online-Only Statements and set-up Statement Ready e-mail notifications, which will prompt a monthly e-mail to be sent to remind you that your statement is available to view.

My Account gives your the ability to:

• View your current account balance
• Access Online-Only Statements
• Order archived statements
• Register for text message and e-mail Account Alerts

MY ACCOUNT – DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER

Enroll now!

• Visit www.americanexpress.ca/myaccountlogin to register your Card
• Continue with registration by entering your Card account information and other identification. Enter security information and a valid e-mail address.
• In the "Monthly Statement Options" section, confirm "Online-Only Statements"* is selected
• Read the Online Statements Terms and Conditions and acknowledge your agreement by checking the box

*If your company has already enrolled in Online-Only Statements, the Online-Only Statement with Statement Ready E-mail Notification delivery option is automatically selected for you.

Already enrolled?

• Visit www.americanexpress.ca/myaccountlogin to register your Card
• On the Summary of Accounts page, click on the "Online-Only Statements" tab, confirm "Online-Only Statements"* is selected
• Read the Online Statements Terms and Conditions and acknowledge agreement by checking the box
• Confirm your e-mail address - it must be up-to-date in order to receive e-mail notifications when your statement is ready to view
