How do I change my Online User ID, my password or delete my Online Account?

To change your User ID, you will have to cancel your current Online Account and re-register with a new User ID. Please note that you'll need to remove all Cards individually from your Online Account to cancel your User ID.​

After you complete this, you can create a new User ID.​

 

If you’d like to create a new password, you’ll need to: 

  1. Log in to your existing Online Account 
  2. Go to ‘Account Management’
  3. Under ‘Personal Details’, scroll down and select ‘Change your Login password’
  4. Enter your new password as per the specifications provided and confirm.
