How do I check my points balance and see how many points I can redeem?

To ensure that you are up to date with your points balance: 

 

Via your Online Account

  1. Log in to your Online Account
  2. Go to 'Membership Rewards' to check your points balance

 

Via the Amex App

  1. Go the Amex App 
  2. Go to'Membership' to check your points balance and track your earnings
