When will I receive my digital Gift Card and what should I do if it doesn’t arrive?

A separate email for each digital Gift Card will be sent from AmericanExpressdigitalgiftcards@blackhawknetwork.com to the email address on your Account within 24 hours. However, digital Gift Card delivery can be delayed due to email delivery errors or system failure. We will attempt to deliver these digital Gift Cards in approximately 10 business days from when the order was placed. If you still do not receive the digital Gift Card, please check your junk folder before contacting Customer Service.
