When and how do I redeem a digital Gift Card?

Card Members can redeem their Membership Rewards points for digital Gift Cards as well as physical ones  from the Membership Rewards Catalogue*. Select the Gift Card you would like to order (if a digital Gift Card option is available, it will be listed).  

Alternatively, log in to the Amex App and go to'Membership' then 'Redeem Rewards', then select 'Redeem Points for Gift Cards' in the catalogue.

*Gift Card or voucher rewards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit and are valid for a period of minimum 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
