I’m enrolled in an American Express Insurance service – how do I find additional coverage and claim details?

Option 1: Log in to the Chubb Claim Centre for American Express. Here you can:

• Make a claim
• Check the status of pending claims
• View all claims your Card is eligible to make
• View services you’re enrolled in that allow you to make a claim.

Please note: If you are making a claim, you’ll need to have all the necessary supporting documents ready. Depending on your claim, this could include relevant receipts, photographs and quotes.

Option 2: To make a claim or check the status of an existing claim:

• Visit the Claims Centre 
• Ensure you have all necessary documentation or evidence Chubb may require on-hand. These documents vary per claim, but will include things like relevant receipts, photographs and quotes.
