How do I make an Insurance claim?

  • Non-emergency claims: These should be made via the Chubb online claims website within 30 days of a claim event, or as soon as reasonably practicable. 
  • Claims: These should be made via the Chubb online claims website within 30 days of a claim event, or as soon as reasonably practicable.
  • Overseas Emergency claims: These should be made by calling Chubb Assistance on +61 289 075 666 (Available 24 Hours, 7 Days).

 

Alternatively, you can send an email to CustomerService.AUNZ@Chubb.com or phone Chubb at 1800 139 149 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST). 

 

To assist Chubb in resolving your claim, you must submit all supporting documentation, such as medical reports, police reports, declarations, receipts and other evidence on their request.
