How do I go paperless?

To go paperless and receive your statements online: 

Via your Online Account

1. Log in to your Online Account
2. Go to ‘Account Management’
3. Select ‘Alerts & Communications & Preferences’ then ‘Manage Paperless Settings’
4. Tick ‘Paperless’ and click ‘Enrol’.

Via the Amex App

1. Log in to the Amex App 
2. Go to 'Account'
3. Select your Card in 'Manage Card'
4. Go to 'Paperless' and swipe the button 'Enrol in Paperless'

For Corporate Card Members, please check with your Program Administrator before enrolling in paperless.
