How do I go paperless?
To go paperless and receive your statements online:
Via your Online Account
- Log in to your Online Account
- Go to ‘Account Management’
- Select ‘Alerts & Communications & Preferences’ then ‘Manage Paperless Settings’
- Tick ‘Paperless’ and click ‘Enrol’.
Via the Amex App
- Log in to the Amex App
- Go to 'Account'
- Select your Card in 'Manage Card'
- Go to 'Paperless' and swipe the button 'Enrol in Paperless'
For Corporate Card Members, please check with your Program Administrator before enrolling in paperless.
