As a Platinum Cardmember, you are eligible to enrol in complimentary ALL Accor™ Gold Status. An ALL Accor Membership Number is required to enrol. If you are new to ALL Accor, you must sign up before registering for this benefit.

It is important that your full name and email address match both your American Express and ALL Accor accounts to successfully complete your registration.
Enrolment through American Express is required to receive the benefit. Primary Platinum Cardmembers can enrol in complimentary ALL Accor™ Gold status in the Benefits section of their americanexpress.com Online Account or by calling us.
The primary Cardmember must already have an ALL Accor™ membership number, which must be entered into the enrolment form. Benefit available only to Primary Platinum Cardmembers and is not transferable. Once the Cardmember requests enrolment in the ALL Accor™ program, American Express will share their enrolment information with Accor.
Accor may use this information in accordance with its privacy policy available at https://all.accor.com/a/en/information/data-protection.html. Enrolled Cardmembers will maintain ALL Accor™ Gold Status without meeting otherwise required ALL Accor criteria as long as the Cardmember remains an eligible American Express® Cardmember or until American Express notifies the Cardmember that the benefit is terminated.
If your Card Account is cancelled for any reason, your complimentary ALL Accor™ Gold status provided with the Card will be cancelled. American Express reserves the right to change, modify or revoke complimentary Gold status at any time. If your complimentary Gold status is cancelled, you may be able to maintain your status by qualifying under the ALL Accor Program terms.
