Valid identification documents

 

All documents you provide need to be valid, complete, and clearly readable. Please check your documents before sending them to us. If any of your documents are out-of-date, incomplete, or blurry, we may need to ask you for another copy.

Identification documents must be valid for at least one month.

 

  1. Photo page of your valid passport
  2. Valid photocard driving license (full or provisional)
  3. Valid National Identity Card
  4. Valid photocard residence permit

Finding your log in details

 

If you don’t yet have an Online Account, visit Login and choose: ‘Create new Online Account’ to set up one. You will need your login details to complete the process.

 

If you already have an Online Account but don’t know your login details, click ‘Forgot User ID or Password’ to recover your credentials.

Follow the steps:

You will receive an email or letter from us containing a link to the secure online portal.

Follow the link to log in using your American Express Online Account details.

3

   

After you have logged in, follow the instructions to confirm your information. You can save your progress at any time and continue later.

When you’re finished, click ‘Submit’.
