How do I retrieve my Online Account User ID?
If you have forgotten your User ID, don’t worry – it’s simple to sort it online by following these steps:
- Visit the forgotten User ID page.
- Enter your Card details in the fields provided and click “Continue”.
- You will be taken to the login page, where you will see your User ID populated in the “User ID” field.
- Enter your password and log in as normal.
