When would my Purchase Rate differ from those advertised?
Your Card’s purchase rate is determined based on our credit assessment of you and may differ from those advertised. To determine your individual credit risk, we use an automated decision process that considers your application details and credit history to assess the likelihood of you making repayments on time. If you are approved and are unhappy with your rates, you have the right to appeal by contacting our New Accounts team on 0800 032 7404.
