If my application for a Card was declined, can I appeal the decision or re-apply?

If your Card application was declined, we realise this may not have been the outcome you had hoped for. Please call us at 08000327404 if you'd like us to review our decision. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee we will change our decision. 

 

It's been our experience that applicants who were not approved for a new account at one time may qualify in the future. We welcome you to apply for the same American Express Card, but please wait at least 90 days from the date you received the decline letter before submitting a new application. If applying for any other product then please allow 72 hours before submitting a new application.
