When are late payment fees charged and how are they calculated?
For personal Cards including Small Business Cards, if you don’t pay at least the minimum payment due by the payment due date, we’ll charge a late payment fee of £12.
If your payment is received late by American Express, you will be charged a late payment fee, even if you have not received a Payment Due Reminder. Be sure you are with your Payment Due date. You can also set push notifications to your mobile device with the American Express® App.
