Can I receive a paper statement if I need one?

You can download and print paper statements via your Online Account, select 'Statements & Activity' from the menu, select ‘Download Your Billing Statement', choose the statement and click Download. Then you can choose the file type and click on ‘Download’.

If you prefer to receive printed paper statements, you can choose a delivery method by selecting ‘Account Management”, click on ‘Alerts and Preferences’, select ‘Manage Statement Delivery Options’ and then click on ‘Mail Delivery”

A £2 fee may be charged for additional period statements that will be requested.
