How can I check or change my Payment Due date?
If you are a new Cardmember, your first statement will be issued to your Online Account 25 days after your application has been approved.
If you would like to change your Payment Due date, please chat with us and our Customer Care Professionals will assist you.
To chat with us, log in and look for the "Chat" icon in the bottom corner of the "Home" screen. For best results, access Chat from a desktop computer and make sure your browser is full size.
