Set in an iconic heritage shophouse along buzzy Gemmill Lane, expect a celebration of traditional Singaporean heritage and flavours reimagined with innovative techniques and ingredients at the modern Singapore Izakaya.
Be enchanted by their whimsical cocktail creations with ingredients sourced locally. Sip on their signature cocktail, The Kongsee (U.P. S$25), which combines Singapore-brewed Tanglin Orchid Gin with an aromatic homemade rose cordial, finished with elderflower foam. Alternatively, refresh yourself with a Kampong Sour (U.P. S$25), a tangy concoction of Pandan-infused whiskey and calamansi.
Pair your choice of drink with their Iberico Satay (U.P. S$8), a Hainanese-Indonesian fusion street food served with a rich Javanese peanut sauce and a refreshing Sarawak pineapple salsa, or the Barramundi Ceviche (U.P. S$22), which pairs the freshest locally-sourced fish with crispy papadams and homemade umami ice cream.

- Payment must be made with a physical basic and/or supplementary The Platinum Card®, The American Express® Platinum Reserve Credit Card or The American Express® Platinum Credit Card issued in Singapore.
- Offer is valid for 1-for-1 first drink per day per Card Member. The complimentary drink will be the drink of the lower retail value.
- Offer is not applicable for wine and sake bottles.
