• The Offer(s) are only applicable when payment is made with a physical basic and/or supplementary The Centurion® Card, The Platinum Card®, The American Express® Platinum Reserve Credit Card or The American Express® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore. 
• Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
• Merchant's Terms and Conditions apply - please check with the participating outlets for more details. The provision of services, activities or benefits stated is the responsibility of the respective service establishment. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the Merchant. You acknowledge that any dispute in relation to the above are to be directly solely to the service establishment providing such services, activities or benefits.
• American Express shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever caused by or arising from failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, defect or deficiency in any services and benefits of the Merchant's offers.
• American Express does not assume liability and American Express Card Members shall not make any claim whatsoever for (i) injury or bodily harm or (ii) loss or damage to property, however caused, arising from, or in connection with these benefits and privileges.
• American Express reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions listed or terminate the Offers and/ or replace the Offers with another offer of similar value without prior notice. 
• In the event of any disputes, the decision of American Express shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

CHIFA! Terms and Conditions - Love Dining

• Offer is valid from 31 August 2023 - 30 August 2024.
• Payment must be made with a physical basic and/or supplementary The Centurion® Card, The Platinum Card®, The American Express® Platinum Reserve Credit Card or The American Express® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore. 
• Love Dining privileges are valid for dine in and à la carte food items during lunch and dinner service only at each participating outlet (unless otherwise stated), not including beverages, tax and service charge.
• Each diner must order at least one qualifying food item in order to enjoy savings on total food bill.
• Reservations made through third-party websites or apps are not eligible for Love Dining privileges.
• Advanced reservations are required and are subject to availability. Please reserve here and quote "AmexLD" in the Promotion Code field.
• In the event where the number of qualifying food items ordered is less than the number of diners, a 15% savings will apply.
• Applicable savings on total bill, total food bill or qualifying food items are available for unlimited visits at the participating outlets.
• Applicable savings are not valid in conjuction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, and in-house offers.
• Savings do not apply to government taxes, service charge, private dining, takeaway items, takeout services, banqueting, outside catering and private dining. 
• Savings are not applicable to a party with more than 10 diners.
• Card Members are limited to 1 Card per table or party per visit and must dine at the table to enjoy these benefits.
• Request for side by side table will subject to availability and will be considered as one party and one table when applying all the relevant savings. No splitting of bills will be allowed. 
• Meal periods, menus, prices, change of concept, participating outlets and operating hours can change during the year. 
• Blackout dates apply for respective outlets.

CHIFA! Terms and Conditions - GrabFood Gift Voucher

• Offer is valid from 31 August 2023 - 30 September 2023.
• Offer is valid only when payment is made with a physical basic and/or supplementary The Centurion® Card, The Platinum Card®, The American Express® Platinum Reserve Credit Card or The American Express® Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore. 
  
• Receive a S$50 GrabFood gift voucher in-store with a minimum order of two qualifying main courses from the Merchant's a la carte menu in a single receipt.
