UNA at The Alkaff Mansion proudly launches a new menu launch co-conceptualised by 1 Michelin Starred Restaurant Hofmann Barcelona Executive Chef, Diego Grimberg, UNA’s Culinary Advisor, and Chef Tom Kung, UNA’s Executive Chef. The refreshed menu sees new additions to its Asado grill section, the most noteworthy being the introduction of Spain's prized Rubia Gallega beef, now available for the first time in Singapore.
At the heart of UNA’s new menu is its selection of Asado grilled meats, a traditional Spanish grill method that infuses meats with a smoky, charcoal fragrance, enhancing their natural flavours. This slow grilling method is the key to achieving a rich, smoky aroma of the selected meats while simultaneously retaining a succulent texture.
