• The Offer is valid from 1 June 2023 to 31 May 2024.
  
• The Offer will be applied directly at cashier, and is valid in-store only.
  
• Advanced reservation is required at least 1 day prior. Please call 6536 6258 or 9271 5004 for reservation.
  
• To enjoy the Offer, payment must be made with an eligible American Express^® Card, account access device, Mobile Device or payment device bearing American Express' or its Affiliates’ Marks (including any card or other account access device issued by a Third Party). For the avoidance of doubt this shall include:
  • any personal Basic and/or Supplementary American Express Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore or by any American Express entity worldwide;
  • any Corporate Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore or by any American Express entity worldwide; and
  • American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited in Singapore or by Third Parties worldwide.
• Prices are in Singapore dollars and are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• Appointments, services and products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangable.
• Offer excludes transactions made through a third-party establishment or payment processor.
• Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
• Merchant’s Term and Conditions apply.
• American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the merchant.
• American Express International Inc. is not responsible for the endorsement of any service or product featured. Merchants are solely responsible for the fulfillment of Offer and all relevant privileges.
• American Express International Inc. shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever caused by or arising from any failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, defect or deficiency in any services and benefits of the offer.
• American Express International Inc. and the merchants reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reasons or providing prior notice. Card Member acknowledges that any disputes in relation to the promotion are to be directed solely to the merchant providing such services, activities or benefits.
