Orders must be placed three (3) days in advance prior to collection or delivery date.
Self-collection is available from 27 July to 25 September 2026. Self-collection timings are available from 11am to 7pm daily.
Free delivery to one (1) location for purchase order above 50 boxes. For orders below 50 boxes, delivery charges will be chargeable at $60 per location (10 boxes & above); $30 per location (9 boxes and below); should there be any delivery failure re-delivery fee is applied.

- Multiple locations within the same order will incur a delivery fee based on the total number of locations.
- Please allow at least 3 working days for the processing of orders (without any customisation of the company logo and greeting cards).
- Please allow at least 7 -10 working days for the processing of orders with customised logo and greeting cards.
- Customisation of the Company Logo printed on leather tag at $3nett per box, for orders of 100 boxes and above.
- For orders below 100 boxes, $300nett one-time customization fee.
- Complimentary Greeting Cards for 100 boxes and above upon request with non-customisation.
- Customised greeting cards are available at $3nett per pcs, minimum orders at 20 pcs and above.
- Discounts are not applicable for delivery charges.
- Discounts are entitled only to mooncakes from Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro.
- Items are subject to availability upon receipt of completed order form.
- Orders, collections, or deliveries details may not be modified once payments are completed.
- Images shown are for illustration purposes only.
- Offer(s) is available when payment is made with a valid American Express® Card, account access device, Mobile Device or payment device bearing American Express' or its Affiliates’ Marks (including any card or other account access device issued by a Third Party). For the avoidance of doubt this shall include:
