Eligibility to utilise New User Promo Code "25AMEX18"
- Eligible American Express® Card Members who have signed up for a personal CardUp account and have not yet scheduled a payment ("New Users") are eligible to enjoy a 1.8% discounted fee for their first payment of a maximum of S$3,500 ("Offer") when the following are met:
- Must be a new personal CardUp account user.
- Make payment using a personal Basic and/or Supplementary American Express® Card (“Eligible Card”) issued by American Express® International Inc. in Singapore (excluding American Express® True Cashback Card, American Express® Corporate Card and American Express® Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.).
- The Offer is valid for one redemption per New user on first payment of a maximum of S$3,500 limit ("Offer Limit"). The prevailing 2.6% fee will be applied to the rest of the payment(s) should the amount exceed S$3,500.
- The Offer is valid on all applicable domestic payments and on payments schedule on CardUp between 1 September 2025 and 31 December 2025 before 6pm (SGT), both dates inclusive ("Offer Period"). Limited to the first 200 new users who use the promo code.
- The payment due date must be between 1 September 2025 and 6 January 2026, both dates inclusive. The payment due date is the last date on which the payment must arrive at the recipient. Payment must be scheduled on CardUp at least 3 business days in advance of the due date to allow for processing time.
- New Users have to enter the promo code ‘25AMEX18’ ("Promo Code") during the “Schedule payment” process when setting up payment details. The 1.8% discounted fee for the eligible payment amount will be reflected before the user confirms and submits payment.
- The Offer is not valid to be used:
- with American Express® Card not included in this campaign and credit cards issued outside of Singapore.
- on any additional fees incurred for Next Day payments.
- in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts.
- on unsupported personal payment categories and any business payment categories.
- on any payments in foreign currency.
- New Users are to refer to your individual Card Member Agreement Terms and Conditions for details on redemption of Membership Reward® points (go.amex/rewardstnc) and KrisFlyer miles (go.amex/singaporeair), respectively.
- All payments are subject to review and additional documents may be requested to support the review.
- The User must provide all accurate references and documents to support the payment.
- CardUp shall not be held liable for any delays in payment processing or fee refund resulting from the User's failure to provide sufficient documentation.
