Card Members who are new to the Motorist App can redeem a S$20 Esso voucher by simply following the steps below:
1. Download the Motorist App via the button below
2. Open Chat function on "Melchat" and click on the link given in Welcome Message to submit your complimentary car valuation
3. Be one of the first 50 eligible sign-ups and qualify to redeem the voucher

- This promotion is valid for the first 50 eligible American Express® Card Members (who are new to the Motorist App) to download the Motorist App via the button above (URL: https://bit.ly/MotoXAmex) and submit their first car valuation enquiry to Motorist from 1 April 2022 to 30 April 2022 only. Downloads directly from Google Play Store or Apple App Store will not be considered.
- Card Members who sign up must complete the step of submitting car valuation enquiry for their own vehicle for the first time to be eligible. Upon sign up, users will receive a link on their "Mel Chat" function, and users must submit their car valuation enquiry via the given link.
- Duplicated enquiries which have been submitted in the past will not be taken into consideration. User must successfully submit a quotation for the enquiry in order for Motorist to retrieve your vehicle details.
- Motorist will notify prize winners through Melchat on the Motorist app within 2 weeks of the promotion end date. Winners will be required to acknowledge the prize acceptance via the chat feature within seven (7) working days after receipt. Prizes that are not accepted within 7 working days will be forfeited.
- Motorist reserves the right to amend/append/withdraw the privileges as well as the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The Offers are not valid with any other offers, discounts, vouchers, card privileges or bundle buys or other in-store promotions.
- To be eligible to participate, individual must hold an eligible American Express® Card, account access device, Mobile Device or payment device bearing American Express' or its Affiliates’ Marks (including any card or other account access device issued by a Third Party). For the avoidance of doubt this shall include:
- any personal Basic and/or Supplementary American Express Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore or by any American Express entity worldwide;
- any Corporate Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore or by any American Express entity worldwide; and
- American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited in Singapore or by Third Parties worldwide.
- Prices are in Singapore dollars and are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Appointments, services and products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangable.
- Offer excludes transactions made through a third-party establishment or payment processor.
- Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
