- Offer is valid between 14 March 2025 to 13 April 2025 (both dates inclusive).
- To enjoy the offer, spending of S$500 or more must be made within ION Orchard in a single transaction with an eligible American Express Card.
- "Eligible American Express Cards" are qualifying basic and/or supplementary American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore only, excluding American Express Corporate Cards, and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
- This offer is only available for your targeted Card, and other Cards you hold may not be eligible.
- Offer is not valid with any other promotion, discount, rebate and/or offer.
- Each Eligible Card will only be entitled to a redemption of one (1) S$20 eCapitaVoucher only.
- The redemption email for the S$20 eCapitaVoucher will be sent to the Basic Card Member's email address approximately 8 to 12 weeks after the offer end date (13 April 2025). Please note that any request to expedite is not allowed nor will it be entertained.
- The Redemption Gift cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, in kind or other items/services.
- American Express reserves the right to substitute the Redemption Gift with another reward of equivalent value at their sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons.
