- The Offer is valid for American Express® Cardholders for the following:

- To enjoy the Offer(s), Card Members are required to make payment with an eligible American Express® Card.
- "Eligible American Express® Cards" are qualifying personal Basic and/or Supplementary American Express Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore or by any American Express entity worldwide;
- Including any Corporate Card issued by American Express Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore or by any American Express entity worldwide and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited in Singapore or by Third Parties worldwide.
- Entry/Eligibility
- To be eligible for this promotion, the user must create or already have an account on Airalo.
- Entries may be disqualified at Airalo's discretion where there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive or bad-faith use of the promotion (including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers, or purchases made for the purpose of re-selling), notwithstanding that a customer may otherwise redeem the code more than once in accordance with the redemption limits in clause 6.3.
- Promotion Procedures
- The customer has to enter the discount code at checkout.
- A discount of 15% will be applied on any eSIM purchase. The maximum discount value is $100.
- Promotion is limited to the first 50,000 redemptions only, where multiple redemptions is allowed by an individual customer.
- The promotion cannot be combined or used alongside any other promotion.
- The discount can be used when an “Eligible American Express® Card” is used for payment in full. PayPal, AliPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay may also be used for payment, provided that an “Eligible American Express® Card” is used as the source of funding.
- The discount can be used via the Airalo app and www.airalo.com website.
- Validity/Duration/Extensions
- The promotion is valid from 7 September 2026 until 6 August 2027, both dates inclusive. The promotion might stop sooner if the maximum number of redemptions is reached before the end date.
- Cancellations/Refunds
- Airalo reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of this promotion for any of the following reasons:
- Discount code was not used within the stated period or the maximum number of redemptions has been reached.
- Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity.
- Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers.
- Discount used in bad faith (including resold eSIMs or use of discount by customers purchasing products for re-selling).
- Airalo reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of this promotion for any of the following reasons:

- By entering this campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
- Airalo reserves the right to change these terms & conditions or cancel any promotions at any time and without prior notice in the best interests of the company.
- No entrants shall have the right to contest any decision by Airalo concerning any aspect of the campaign or the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions or the determination as to the qualification of entries. Airalo's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Airalo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Airalo will not be liable to compensate expenses incurred in making an entry where applicable. No refund will be made for the cost of any entry where applicable.
- The eSIMs provided by the Company are subject to the Company's standard terms of sale. As between the Parties, the Company gives no warranty to Amex as to the availability, quality or uninterrupted operation of the eSIMs (which depend on upstream network operators), and shall not be liable to Amex for any loss arising from network failures or interruptions outside its reasonable control.
- Offers are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable.
- Offer excludes transactions made through a third-party establishment or payment processor.
- Merchant’s Terms and Conditions apply.
- American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the merchant. American Express International Inc. is not responsible for the endorsement of any service or product featured. Merchants are solely responsible for the fulfillment of Offer and all relevant privileges.
- American Express International Inc. shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever caused by or arising from any failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, defect or deficiency in any services and benefits of the offer.
- American Express International Inc. and the Merchant reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions due to unforeseen circumstances or matters beyond control. If done so, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep you informed of such changes. Card Member acknowledges that any disputes in relation to the promotion are to be directed solely to the merchant providing such services, activities or benefits.
