- The Offer is valid for bookings made between 14 February 2025 to 28 February 2025.
- Travel must be completed between 14 February 2025 to 30 April 2025.
- To enjoy the Offer, Card Members must:
- Click through to BlackBook Travels booking website via https://tinyurl.com/amex-sg to activate the exclusive rates.
- Create a new BlackBook user account or sign into your existing account (if you have an existing account from the last campaign with BlackBook).
- Make payment using an eligible American Express® Card
- “Eligible American Express Cards” are qualifying personal basic and/or supplementary American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore, including American Express Corporate Cards, American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
- Card Members will be redirected to BlackBook Travels website to select the hotels and complete the booking. An "V'Day - Amex" tag will be visible on all the offers applicable.
- The Offer is only applicable for web, mobile web, and BlackBook Travels App.
- Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- There is no limit to the number of bookings, Card Members may make multiple bookings.
- Rates may fluctuate from time to time depending on market conditions.
- When you make a payment in a foreign currency, it will be converted to Singapore Dollars based on the rate of exchange at the time your Card is charged. Please refer to your Card Member Agreement for more information about Foreign Exchange Charges on your Card.
- The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or other products and services.
- The Offer is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, rewards, loyalty programmes, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
- Card Members may be asked to present the American Express Card used to make the online purchase for verification purposes during check-in.
- Discounts applied may be nulled if there are any reservation changes made after purchase confirmation, or after promotion period. Card Member may be required to pay for the reservation difference, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (where applicable).

Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Offer if any fraud or gaming by users, technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Offer which may result in any loss or damage to American Express and BlackBook Technologies Pte.
