1. Ticket purchase must be made through this dedicated landing page to be awarded with the discount. Promotion valid only when payment is made with an eligible American Express^® Card.
2. "Eligible American Express Cards" are qualifying personal Basic and Supplementary American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore, including American Express Corporate Cards, American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
3. The promotion is only valid with Singapore as the country of departure.
4. This special promotion is not valid for itineraries with a transfer and/or stopover in Bangkok. 
5. This special promotion is valid for itineraries with Singapore as the country of departure, and Taipei, Japan, South Korea, Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver & Washington D.C. as destination cities. 
6. For Taipei, the special offer will be 15% off round-trip and one-way airfares for tickets issued with the fare classes D/P/V only.
7. For Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Washington D.C., Japan & Korea, the special offer will be 12% off round-trip and one-way airfares for tickets issued with the fare classes P/V only. 
8. For other fare classes not mentioned in the two points above, the regular offer of 7% off Up fares and 5% off Standard & Basic fares will apply. Up fares refers to airfares issued with fare classes C/K/Y/B, Standard fares refers to airfares issued with fare classes J/L/T/M/H/Q and Basic fares refers to airfares issued with fare classes D/P/S/W/V. 
   
9. The regular offer will continue to apply to itineraries with Singapore as the country of departure, and Chicago, Houston, New York, Toronto, Amsterdam, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Vienna, China, Hong Kong, Macau and Brisbane as destination cities.  
10. If an itinerary consists of an eligible fare class and an ineligible fare class, the final fare will be calculated by adding the respective round-trip fares together and dividing the sum by two.
11. The promotion is valid on EVA Air operated flights only. For itineraries containing segments operated by partner airlines, the airfare discount will only apply to segments operated by EVA Air.
12. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
13. Cash and mile redemptions are not eligible for this promotion.
14. Open jaw/multi-city itineraries and stopovers lasting more than 24 hours are not eligible for this promotion.
15. Applicable for adult, child & infant fares.
16. Discount applies to airfare only. Airline fuel and insurance surcharge, passenger security charge, air navigation service charge and other taxes and levies are not included.
17. Booking Service Charge: USD 28 per ticket without any discount. Tickets issued for special services including stretcher, extra seat, etc.; will also be applicable for this charge.
18. Refund(s) and change(s) will be subjected to the relevant penalties.
19. Fares may change due to currency fluctuations. Seats subject to availability at point of booking and confirmed upon payment.
20. American Express's and EVA Air’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
21. American Express shall not be responsible for the quality, merchant-ability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and American Express shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Promotion provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with EVA Air.
22. American Express and EVA Air reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, EVA Air reserves the rights to amend their fares and terms and conditions relating to their sale of flights/tickets without prior notice.
23. "American Express" refers to American Express Singapore Limited and “EVA Air” refers to EVA Airways Corporation.
24. All other general rules of EVA Air apply.
