2. "Eligible American Express Cards" are qualifying personal Basic and Supplementary American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore, including American Express Corporate Cards, American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card, and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
3. The promotion is only valid with Singapore as the country of departure.
4. The promotion is only valid for Taipei, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Amsterdam, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Vienna, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington D.C.,Vancouver, Toronto and Brisbane as destination cities.
5. The promotion is valid on EVA Air operated flights only. For itineraries containing segments operated by partner airlines, the airfare discount will only apply to segments operated by EVA Air.
6. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
7. Cash and mile redemptions are not eligible for this promotion.
8. Open jaw/multi-city itineraries and stopovers lasting more than 24 hours are not eligible for this promotion.
9. Applicable for adult, child & infant fares.
10. For Up Fares, the discount is 7% for both round-trips and one-way trips.
11. For Standard or Basic Fares, the discount is 5% for both round-trips and one-way trips.
12. Up fares refer to airfares issued with the fare classes C/K/Y/B.
13. Standard fares refer to airfares issued with the fare classes J/L/T/M/H/Q.
14. Basic fares refer to airfares issued with the fare classes D/P/S/W/V.
15. Discount applies to airfare only. Airline fuel and insurance surcharge, passenger security charge, air navigation service charge and other taxes and levies are not included.
16. Booking Service Charge: Standard USD 25 (USD 28 from 1 March 2026) per ticket without any discount. Tickets issued for special services including stretcher, extra seat, etc.; will also be applicable for this charge.
17. Refund(s) and change(s) will be subjected to the relevant penalties.
18. Fares may change due to currency fluctuations. Seats subject to availability at point of booking and confirmed upon payment.
19. American Express's and EVA Air’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
20. American Express shall not be responsible for the quality, merchant-ability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and American Express shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Promotion provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with EVA Air.
21. American Express and EVA Air reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, EVA Air reserves the rights to amend their fares and terms and conditions relating to their sale of flights/tickets without prior notice.
22. "American Express" refers to American Express Singapore Limited and “EVA Air” refers to EVA Airways Corporation.
