American Express and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer 25th Anniversary Silver Jubilee KrisFlyer Elite Gold Campaign – Terms and Conditions

1. The American Express and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer 25th Anniversary Silver Jubilee KrisFlyer Elite Gold Campaign comprising the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Upgrade and Redemption Gift (as defined below, and collectively, the "Offer") is subject to the following terms and conditions (the "T&Cs").

2. The Offer is only valid for Basic Credit Card Members who hold the American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card (respectively "Eligible Card Members" and the "Eligible Card").​ In addition, an Eligible Card Member must be either a KrisFlyer Elite Silver or KrisFlyer member as of 1 August 2025 to be eligible to participate in this Offer. 

3. You will not be eligible to participate in this Offer if you are a PPS Club (including Solitaire PPS Club) or KrisFlyer Elite Gold member as of 1 August 2025 or later. For the avoidance of doubt, if you are not eligible to participate in this Offer, you will not receive the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Upgrade (as defined below) even if the KrisFlyer Gold Spend Criteria (as defined below) is met.

4. The qualifying period for the Offer is from 1 February 2025 to 31 July 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the "Offer Period").​ 

5. By participating in this Offer, you agree to these T&Cs, including without limitation the terms applicable to each of the promotions and general terms below.

Fast track to KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership with Singapore Airlines

7. Subject to these T&Cs, Eligible Card Members who spend S$16,000 or more on Eligible Purchases (as defined below) comprising a minimum of S$6,000 on Eligible Singapore Airlines and Scoot Flight Bookings (as defined below) with the Eligible Card during the Offer Period (collectively the "KrisFlyer Elite Gold Spend Criteria") will be upgraded to the KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership tier (the "KrisFlyer Elite Gold Upgrade").

8. "Eligible Purchases" refer to:

(a) purchases of goods and services at American Express merchants, which are reflected on your monthly statement for the Eligible Card (this excludes any refunded, reversed, disputed, unauthorised, or fraudulent transactions, as well as any non-eligible purchases or transactions set out at go.amex/sgexclusions, which are non-exhaustive and may change from time to time); and

(b) Eligible Singapore Airlines and Scoot Flight Bookings.

9. "Eligible Singapore Airlines and Scoot Flight Bookings" refer to:

(a) Singapore Airlines flight bookings originating from Singapore which are purchased in Singapore Dollars directly from Singapore Airlines Limited through singaporeair.com (including qualifying purchases via Pay Small, in accordance with Paragraph 10 below), the SingaporeAir mobile app, or phone bookings.

(b) Scoot flight bookings originating from Singapore which are purchased in Singapore Dollars directly from Scoot Pte Ltd through flyscoot.com and/or the Scoot mobile app.

10. For the purposes of this Offer, qualifying purchases on singaporeair.com via Pay Small will count as Eligible Singapore Airlines and Scoot Flight Bookings. For
purchases on singaporeair.com via Pay Small, you are required to select "American Express 0% interest* 6 months instalment plan" as your payment method. Any trip add-ons will not count as Eligible Purchases or Eligible Singapore Airlines and Scoot Flight Bookings. Please note that American Express Pay Small Terms and Conditions apply (for more information, please visit go.amex/sgpaysmall). For avoidance of doubt, only the full amount of the Charge for an eligible Singapore Airlines flight booking on singaporeair.com via Pay Small made during the Offer Period will count as Eligible Singapore Airlines and Scoot Flight Bookings. Subsequent monthly instalment payments will not count as Eligible Singapore Airlines and Scoot Flight Bookings

11. Eligible Card Members who meet the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Spend Criteria will receive an email from KrisFlyer (at the email address registered with their KrisFlyer account linked to the Eligible Card) on the successful KrisFlyer Elite Gold Upgrade by 31 October 2025. Please note that any requests for the upgrade to be expedited or delayed will not be entertained.​

12. Eligible Card Members who are accumulating the spend requirement of S$15,000 on Eligible Flight Bookings on singaporeair.com (including qualifying purchases via Pay Small), the SingaporeAir mobile app, flyscoot.com and the Scoot mobile app within the first 12 months of Card approval for the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Status Accelerator (full details are available at go.amex/ascendterms) can participate in this Offer by meeting the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Spend Criteria (in Paragraph 7 above). Such an Eligible Card Member will strictly be eligible for only one (1) KrisFlyer Elite Gold status upgrade, which will be awarded when either the spend criteria for this Offer or that for the
KrisFlyer Elite Gold Status Accelerator is met.

13. A KrisFlyer Elite Gold Upgrade awarded under this Offer is only valid for one (1) year from the date of upgrade. Requalification for KrisFlyer Elite Gold will be
based on standard requalification terms under the KrisFlyer programme. Additional American Express Gift

14. In addition, Eligible Card Members who meet the following criteria (“Gift Criteria”) will each be eligible to redeem a maximum of one (1) additional gift from American Express (each a "Redemption Gift"):​

(a) the first 250 Eligible Card Members who meet the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Spend Criteria (as defined above) during the Offer Period will each receive one (1) eCapitaVoucher in the amount of S$150; and 

(b) the first 250 Eligible Card Members who spend an additional S$4,000 or more on Eligible Purchases on top of the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Spend Criteria (as defined above) during the Offer Period (i.e. a total of S$20,000 or more on Eligible Purchases comprising a minimum of S$6,000 on Eligible Singapore Airlines and Scoot Flight Bookings) will each receive one (1) 28” Samsonite luggage.

An Eligible Card Member who qualifies for the 28” Samsonite luggage (under the higher tier in (b) above) will not be eligible for the one (1) eCapitaVoucher in the amount of S$150 (under the lower tier in (a) above).​

15. Eligible Card Members who meet the Gift Criteria (as determined by American Express at its sole discretion based on its records) will receive a redemption email from
American Express (at the email address registered with their American Express Account) by 31 October 2025. Please note that any request for the Redemption Gift to be expedited or delayed is not allowed and will not be entertained.​

16. Images of the Redemption Gift(s) are for illustrative purposes only. American Express reserves the right to change the colour and/or model (as applicable) or substitute the Redemption Gift(s) with another item of equivalent value without prior notice and without giving any reason. The Redemption Gifts are not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers and other privileges. Redemption Gifts are only available while stocks last.

General Terms

17. Eligible Purchases and Eligible Singapore Airlines Flight Bookings made by a Supplementary Credit Card Member will count towards the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Spend Criteria and Gift Criteria.

18. To qualify for the Offer (the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Upgrade and/or the Redemption Gift), the Eligible Card must be in good standing, and must not be suspended or cancelled for any reason whatsoever before 31 October 2025.

19. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other benefits, offers, discounts, privileges, promotions or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.

20. If you do not comply with any of these T&Cs, you may be disqualified from participating in this Offer at any point and any gifts, benefits, and rewards may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn, or reclaimed, at American Express and/or Singapore Airlines’ sole and absolute discretion.

21. The KrisFlyer Elite Gold Upgrade and Redemption Gifts are non-refundable and not transferrable and/or exchangeable for any cash, credit value or other product and/or service (including but not limited to any request for an extension of an existing KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership).

22. If any qualifying Eligible Purchase(s) is subsequently refunded or cancelled: American Express and/or Singapore Airlines each reserve the right to (as the case may be) reverse the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Upgrade, withhold or reclaim the Redemption Gift and/or charge the cost of the same to the Card Member.

23. All information is correct at the time of publication. American Express and/or Singapore Airlines each reserve the right to change, suspend and/or terminate this Offer and/or amend these T&Cs at their sole discretion without prior notice.

24. In the event of inconsistency between these T&Cs and any advertising, promotional, publicity, or other materials relating to or in connection with this Offer, these T&Cs shall prevail.

25. The KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/ and Singapore Airlines’ Terms and Conditions available at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/terms-conditions/ apply, and by participating in this Offer, you agree to these foregoing Terms and Conditions. Singapore Airlines reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or withdraw its participation in this Offer without prior notice at their own sole discretion.

26. In respect of Eligible Purchases, American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that the purchased services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by Singapore Airlines. 

27. KrisFlyer is solely responsible for the fulfilment of the KrisFlyer Elite Gold Upgrade. American Express is solely responsible for the fulfilment of any Redemption Gifts.

28. American Express does not assume liability and Eligible Card Members shall not make any claim whatsoever for (i) injury or bodily harm or (ii) loss or damage to property, howsoever cause, arising from, or in connection with this Offer.

29. Pay Small is operated by American Express and Singapore Airlines shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay in connection with Pay Small.

30. KrisFlyer shall not be responsible for and Eligible Card Members shall not make any claim whatsoever for any loss, damage, or delay in connection with this Offer, including without limitation any upgrading of KrisFlyer membership tier or redemption of gifts.

31. Any decisions made by American Express and/or KrisFlyer (as the case may be) in connection with any matter relating to this Offer shall be final and binding as between American Express and/or KrisFlyer and you.

32. American Express International Inc. (“American Express”) reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Offer and its related privileges and/or benefits due to business reasons, change in contractual terms with our partners, and/or unforeseen circumstances.

33. The personal data that you provide or make available to Singapore Airlines (including without limitation your name, KrisFlyer membership number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by Singapore Airlines. All collection, use, disclosure, and processing of such personal data by Singapore Airlines will be in accordance with Singapore Airlines' Privacy Policy, available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/. By participating in this Offer, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes set out in Singapore Airlines’ Privacy Policy.

34. Capitalized terms not herein defined have the same meanings given to them in the Cardmember Agreement for the American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card. The Cardmember Agreement and Benefits Terms and Conditions of The American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card are available at go.amex/ascendterms.

35. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs.
