- Room rates are starting from RM 2,418 + 6% sales & services tax (SST) onwards per Suite per night.
- Should the local taxes or sales and services tax (SST) be increased by legislation, the resort reserves the option to reflect the increase by amending the above rates.
- Additional Tourism Tax of RM 10 per Suite per night is applicable for all non-Malaysian nationals from 1 January 2023 onwards.

- The room rates are inclusive of scheduled guest activity and breakfast for 2 adults daily per Suite per night.
- Selected scheduled guest activity once per overnight stay per person (options of 30 mins Yoga / Silat Melayu / Tennis / Padel Session, 20 mins Water sports, Afternoon Tea at Dusky Monkey or Guided Nature Walk by their resident naturalist). Advance reservation is required for all resort activities and subject to availability and weather condition.
- There will be Resort Credit of RM 300 nett per Suite once per stay per booking. The resort credit can be used at their F&B outlets and Chenot Spa (excluding retail purchase at Neo and Chenot Spa). Any unutilised resort credit will not be refunded in cash, transferred or carried forward for future bookings.
- Infant to Kids (0-11 years old) sharing existing bedding with parents can stay and dine free from children’s menu.
- Private plunge pool available in every Suites.
- Complimentary access to the resort’s 56m Infinity pool, fitness centre featuring the latest Technogym and KidsOnly (4-11 years old).
- Special Golfing rates from the championship Golf courses at Els Club Desaru Coast at RM 550 + 6% sales & services tax (SST) per game per player inclusive of 2-way transfers between One&Only Desaru Coast and Els Club (Advance reservation is required and subject to availability from Els Club Desaru Coast).
- Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- When you make a payment in a foreign currency, it will be converted to Singapore Dollars based on the rate of exchange at the time your Card is charged. Please refer to your Card Member Agreement for more information about Foreign Exchange Charges on your Card.
- The resort reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without advance notice.
- The resort reserves the right to decline the booking if they are running high occupancy.
