- These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all participants of the AMEX Promotion (“Campaign”) as a supplement to other terms and conditions for Rakuten Travel (https://travel.rakuten.com) (“Rakuten Travel”). The participants are deemed to have agreed to these T&C and other terms and conditions provided by Rakuten Travel when using Rakuten Travel’s website, apps, and/or services.
- Offer is applicable to all hotels on Rakuten Travel.
- Offer may be used until 11:59 p.m. SGT, 28 February 2026 ("Campaign Period").
- Offer applicable to Rakuten Travel Global bookings whose check-out date falls on or before 31 December 2026.
- Offer is applicable to Rakuten Travel Global bookings made with any valid Singapore-issued American Express Card.
- Offer is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis, and will end once the entire budget is consumed.
- Offer is only valid for users with a Rakuten membership, which is free to sign-up.
- The Coupon is only applicable for bookings with a minimum total cost of S$750 or more.
- Offer is valid for booking made through logging into the Rakuten Travel Singapore website or the Rakuten Travel Singapore mobile app.
- Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per eligible booking. Offer cannot be combined with the Welcome Coupon.
- Price will vary by date, length of stay, accommodations selected, availabilities of rooms, etc., and the displayed price is subject to change at any time. Please confirm the latest price when making a booking.
- Offer may be terminated or amended without notice.
- Offer Period may be shortened or extended without notice.
- In case of any dispute, Rakuten Travel reserves the sole binding right of final decision.
- To the extent permitted by law, Rakuten Travel will not be liable for any consequences that occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with said termination or amendment of this Campaign and/or said shortening or extension of the Campaign Period.
- All information, including personal information, submitted, or known to Rakuten Travel and/or its affiliates and partners in connection with this Campaign will only be used in accordance with Rakuten
- Offer(s) is available when payment is made with a valid American Express® Card, account access device, Mobile Device or payment device bearing American Express' or its Affiliates’ Marks (including any card or other account access device issued by a Third Party). For the avoidance of doubt this shall include:
- any personal Basic and/or Supplementary American Express Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore or by any American Express entity worldwide;
- any Corporate Card issued by American Express Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore or by any American Express entity worldwide; and
- American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited in Singapore or by Third Parties worldwide.
- Offers are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable.
- Offer excludes transactions made through a third-party establishment or payment processor.
- Merchant’s Term and Conditions apply.
