2. Payment Requirement
You must inform the restaurant that you will be paying with an overseas American Express (Amex) card before dining/placing your order.
Blackout Dates: Offer is not applicable on public holidays, special holidays and holiday eves (including but not limited to 1-3 Jan, 14 and 15-23 Feb, 4-6 Apr, 1-5, 10, 20 May, 19-21 Jun, 25-27 Sep, 19 Aug, 1-7, 31 Oct, 26 Nov, 24-25 and 31 Dec, 2026).

Enjoy up to 30% savings at participating restaurants for the Year-round Dining Offer (the “Dining Offer”). The Year-round Dining Offer is valid from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) reserves the right to change the dates of the Promotion Period without prior notice. The Dining Offer is applicable to dine-in only. Excludes transactions made through third-party establishment (including, but not limited to, third party delivery or take away services) or third-party payment processor.
Unless otherwise specified, Dining Offer is not applicable on public holidays and is subject to blackout dates (including but not limited to Chinese New Year, Labor Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Holiday, New Year). Service hours and/or menu of the Restaurants are subject to change. Please check with the Restaurants for details.
To enjoy the Dining Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with an eligible Basic or Supplementary American Express® Card issued either by American Express or a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express outside Chinese Mainland, unless otherwise stated (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) at the participating restaurants (“Restaurants”) within the Promotion Period.

Unless otherwise specified, Dining Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and/or promotions.
Dining Offer cannot be used to redeemed for cash, or sold or exchanged for any other products or service.
Restaurants are solely responsible for the provision of all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and make no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
American Express acts solely as a payment provider. American Express are not responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of using the Dining Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
American Express or the participating Restaurants reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to suspend or terminate the Dining Offer, at any time at their discretion without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of American Express and Restaurants shall be final, and no correspondences will be entertained.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
