Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Store

Founded in 1929 in Umeda, Osaka, Hankyu Department Store was the world’s first department store connected to a railway station terminus. In the 2000s, the store underwent extensive renovations, reopening in 2012 with new features such as the giant Shukusai Plaza, an event hall, a gallery, restaurants, and, of course, a wide selection of luxury brands from both Japan and abroad.

Presentation of the following is required to receive the service:

  • An eligible American Express Card issued outside of Japan.
  • Copy of an American Express Card statement issued under the exact same name as the Card Member.
  • Official identification (Passport, etc.)
