AMERICAN EXPRESS SINGAPORE EXCLUSIVE REWARD PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this American Express Exclusive Reward Programme (the “Programme”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promoter of the Programme is American Express International Inc. of 1 Marina Boulevard, #22-00 One Marina Boulevard Singapore 018989.("Promoter").

3. Only those Card Members (the “Eligible Card Members”) who have received a direct communication from American Express to apply for the American Express® Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card will be able to participate in this Programme.

4. The Programme commences at 12.01am on 18 August 2023 and closes 11:59pm on 31 October 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).

5. Eligible Card Members will receive S$100 voucher (“Exclusive Reward”); to qualify for this Eligible Card Members must comply and agree to the following:  

• Apply and receive approval for the American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card as per the Card Member
  agreement terms and conditions: https://www.americanexpress.com/en-sg/business/small-business/singapore-airlines-business-credit-card/terms-and-conditions/
• Annual fee of S$301.80 (incl. of 8% GST) and which will be billed in first statement after approval must be paid in full
• Spend a minimum of S$500 (cumulatively or in a single transaction) in the first month of Card approval (the “Qualifying Spend”)
• Submit Card application via the url: https://www.americanexpress.com/en-sg/business/small-business/singapore-airlines-business-credit-card/exclusive-reward/
• Application must be submitted by 31 October 2023 and approved by American Express before 31 December 2023
• All Card accounts with American Express must continue to be in good standing and not cancelled for any reason
• This reward is not valid with any other promotions for the American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card. For avoidance of doubt, applications submitted directly or indirectly through other marketing channels will not qualify for this reward
• You will not be eligible for this exclusive reward if you are an existing American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card customer. This Programme is open to new to American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card customers, those who have cancelled this Card previously for the same company will not be eligible for the Exclusive Reward
• Each individual is eligible for the Exclusive Reward only once
• If the Eligible Card Member ceases to be a Card Member for any reason within six (6) months of setting up The American Express Account, he or she will be charged the value of the Exclusive Reward

6. If the Qualifying Spend is subsequently not met due to cancelled or refunded transactions, Card Member will not be eligible for the Exclusive Reward.

7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of application and to disqualify any Eligible Card Members not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or the relevant American Express Exclusive Reward Programme terms and conditions, or who tamper with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

8. The Promoter’s decision is final, in relation to all matters pertaining to the Programme and no correspondence will be entertained. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate this Programme and/or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Programme, at any time with or without notice.

9. In the event of suspicion of illegal activities in connection with the exclusive reward, including without limitation fraud or an attempt at deception, we are entitled to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

10. Voucher will be sent approximately 10 weeks from customers meeting the eligibility criteria. Voucher Terms and Conditions apply. 

11. No expedite request will be allowed/entertained.

12. The Exclusive Reward is strictly not transferrable or exchangeable for cash.

13. The type of voucher is subjected to the Promoter's discretion. If the Exclusive Reward cannot be provided for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, then the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative Exclusive Reward of the same value.

14. If this Programme is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Programme, as appropriate.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the reward with other reward(s) without prior notice and without assigning any reason.

17. Should any dispute arise; the decision of the Promoter shall be final and conclusive.
