Special offers are available for new Fine Hotels + Resorts® bookings made through American Express Travel® with participating properties and are valid only for the following Eligible Card Members: (a) U.S. Consumer, Business and Corporate Platinum Card® Members and Centurion® Members; and (b) Additional Platinum Card Members on Consumer and Business Platinum and Centurion Card Accounts. Companion Card Members on Consumer Platinum and Centurion Card Accounts, Additional Business Gold and Additional Business Expense Card Members on Business Platinum and Centurion Card Accounts, and Delta SkyMiles® Platinum Card Members are not eligible for special offers. Bookings must be made and paid for using an Eligible Card, or another American Express® Card in the Eligible Card Member’s name, and the Eligible Card Member must be traveling on the itinerary booked. Special offer cannot be repeated regardless of the duration of stay. The special offer credit of $ will be applied to on-property purchases up to the $ credit amount. To receive the credit, the eligible purchases must be charged to your hotel room. The credit will be applied at check-out. Special offer credit cannot be used toward room rate, taxes or fees. Restrictions on the special offer credit may vary by property. Unless expressly permitted by the terms of the special offer, back-to-back stays booked by a single Card Member, bookings made by different Card Members staying in the same room or bookings made by different Card Members traveling in the same party, in each case, within a 24-hour period at the same property are considered one stay and the special offer will be applied for the entirety of such stay. American Express and the Property reserve the right to modify or revoke special offers at any time without notice if we or they determine, in our or their sole discretion, that you may have engaged in a Prohibited Action, or have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with your FHR benefits or a special offer.
