Tuck into Neapolitan-style pizzas and flatbreads at Paradise Pizza, while Yashinoki specializes in multi-course Japanese fare. After the sun goes down, head to Bambi, a late-night guest-only space serving signature cocktails.

Where to Relax

The Palm Heights Athletics is open 24/7 and features Pilates reformers, treadmills, and weights as well as a wide range of classes. Yoga sessions and personal training is also offered. Afterward, unwind at one of the resort’s three pools or head to Garden Club, the hotel's on-site spa.

What to Do

Head to the nearby beach for jet-skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, scuba diving or snorkeling. Beyond the resort, sign up for a helicopter tour of Grand Cayman or explore the area’s bioluminescence bay. The resort also hosts wellness-themed retreats, from boxing to Pilates.
