Start using your Business Debit Card.

If you haven’t already, set up your PIN and activate your Business Debit Card as soon as it arrives in the mail. You’ll need to activate your new Business Debit Card before you can begin using it for purchasing needs and ATM withdrawals.

Keep your PIN secure and file it away for future reference – you’ll need it to use your Business Debit Card going forward.

Activate your Card

After you successfully set up your PIN and have activated your Business Debit Card, make sure you have the available balance needed for your purchases or ATM withdrawals.

Log in to check available balance and fund your account.

Add your American Express® Business Debit Card to your digital wallet to make fast and convenient payments in-store and at participating online retailers.

Here’s how:

  1. Download your preferred mobile wallet app – Apple Pay® or Google Pay™ from your phone’s app store.
  2. Follow the steps and add your Business Debit Card.
  3. Look for the contactless symbol at checkout and open your phone’s wallet to select your Debit Card. Tap and hold your phone close to the terminal to process your payment.

Need to change your PIN? You can do so any time by logging into your account and following these steps:

  1. On your dashboard, scroll down and click on the “View & manage Card details” under Debit Card.
  2. Click on “Change PIN” and follow steps.
  3. You can also access by navigating to “Manage.”
  4. Select “Manage your Business Debit Cards.”
  5. Select the Card for the account you want to change your PIN.
  6. Click on “Change PIN” and follow the steps.

Reminder: We do not keep any record of your PIN.

Easily freeze your Business Debit Card to block new purchases and ATM transactions while still allowing recurring transactions, credits, and refunds to continue. Your Card will stay frozen until you choose to undo it, which can be done at any time.
