There will be no outage as a result of this change. The key cannot be used until the update on the American Express SFT platform has been completed.

To download the SSH Outbound Key/Authentication key for the American Express Global / IDL Production environment, click on the link below.

This key will go into effect on the American Express SFT platform Global / IDL Production environment on 14th February 2024 and customers can start working with SFT team to update it. This update should be completed on both customer and SFT end by 22nd February 2024, 10 AM MST (Phoenix Time). There will be no outage as a result of this change.

This certificate will go into effect on the American Express SFT platform on Global / IDL Production environment on 22nd February 2024, 10 AM MST (Phoenix Time). There will be no outage as a result of this change. The certificate cannot be used until the certificate on the American Express SFT platform has been completed.
