ANNUAL MULTI-TRIP
INSURANCE

Our Annual Multi-Trip Policy allows you to select a plan that suits you and your travel needs, providing cover for an unlimited number of journeys over a 12 month period. You can also select from up to thirty (30), forty-five (45) or sixty (60) consecutive days as the maximum duration of any Annual Multi-Trip journey.

What is included?

Overseas Medical Assistance

Access to 24 hours a day, every day of the year for Overseas Medical Assistance. This includes unlimited emergency travel assistance, repatriation, access to interpreters and assessment of medical services.

Overseas Medical and Dental Expenses

Unlimited cover for the reasonable and necessary overseas medical, hospital and dental expenses in the Event of an Accidental Injury or Sickness or Disease.

Loss of Deposits and Cancellation Charges

Cover for non- refundable unused portion of travel costs prepaid in advance, including withheld deposits, cancellation charges and reasonable additional expenses.

Luggage, Personal Effects and Travel Documents

If your items are accidentally lost, stolen or damaged while you are travelling, we may reimburse you for the value of the item allowing for reasonable depreciation, repair or replace the item (sub-limits apply).

Delayed Luggage Allowance

Cover for essential emergency items of clothing and other personal items if your baggage is delayed, misdirected or misplaced by your transport provider, for more than twelve (12) hours.

Rental Vehicle Excess Cover

Cover for the excess payable on your rental vehicle’s motor vehicle insurance, if your rental vehicle is stolen or damaged following an accident. We will also cover the cost of returning the vehicle, up to $500, if you are unfit to drive due to an accidental injury or sickness or disease.

Additional Expenses Following Accidental Injury or Sickness or Disease

Cover for additional hotel accommodation and transport expenses incurred by you, your travelling companion or relative if you suffer an accidental injury, sickness or disease that prevents you from continuing your journey, as advised by a Doctor.

Travel Delay Accommodation

Cover for additional meals and accommodation expenses if your pre-booked transport provider is delayed for at least six (6) hours due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control (and you cannot claim your additional meals and accommodation expenses from anyone else), up to the maximum amount shown on your certificate of insurance.

 Any Pre-existing medical condition that does not appear in the Approved Medical Condition Table of the Policy Wording
Pregnancy or childbirth (except in limited circumstances)
Participation in unapproved dangerous activities and high-risk sports
Any unlawful act
Suicide or attempted suicide
Acts of war or civil unrest
Change of mind
Lost, stolen or damaged belongings left unattended or unsupervised
Death, illness or bodily injury where reasonable care has not been exercised
