2.Do I need to save the offer to my Card first to receive the credit?
Yes. To participate in the Card Member Offer and receive the credit you must save the offer to your eligible American Express Card before you make a transaction at a participating business.
3.When will I receive my credit(s)?
Credit may take up to 90 days to appear on your Account upon completion of an eligible transaction.
4.Why can't I save the offer?
As per the Shop Small Amex Offer Terms and Conditions, not all Cards are eligible for this offer. If your Card is not eligible, you will receive an error message and you will not be able to save the offer. Corporate and business travel Cards are not eligible.
Replacement Cards: If you are issued a replacement Card with a new Card number after registration, your participation in this offer will end & you will need to save the offer to the new eligible Card.
5.What transactions are not eligible?
The following transactions are not eligible and will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the offer:
a. Transactions where you do not spend directly with your Card to which the offer is saved, in-store at a participating Shop Small business.
b. Excludes transactions made through a third party establishment or payment processor.
c. Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded.
d. Transactions where the business does not pass on the information we need to process it properly within the offer period (for example, when their payment systems are down and they cannot process the transaction electronically).
e. Gift card purchases.
6. How many times can I redeem the offer?
Card Members who have saved the offer to their American Express Card can redeem the offer up to 10 times, to receive a maximum $50 credit per Card.

Yes. If you are issued a replacement Card with a new Card number, you will need to save the offer to your new Card.
10.Are Additional Cards eligible?
Yes, Additional Cards are eligible. Each Card Member must save the offer separately to participate in the offer.
