What's changing
- Your membership privileges are now available in the Amex Experiences App, so you can view and use them anytime, anywhere. They will be available for a full calendar year (1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026)
- Physical renewal packs will no longer be mailed.
- Your birthday mailer will be sent via email.
Any existing physical voucher(s) which you might currently hold are still valid for use until the stated expiry on the physical voucher(s).

Missed Connection
- If you miss a confirmed connecting scheduled flight and there is no alternative onward transportation during the 4 hours following your arrival, you can now lessen your frustration and inconvenience. You will be reimbursed for charges of up to S$200 per Card Member, subject to a maximum of S$400 for the insured Card Member, spouse and children, for meals, refreshments and hotel accommodation.
Luggage Delay
- If your check-in baggage is held up for more than 4 hours after your arrival at your scheduled destination, you will be reimbursed for charges of up to S$200 for Card Member, and up to S$400 for the Card Member, spouse and children, for emergency replacement of essential clothing and requisites until your baggage is returned to you.
Lost Luggage
- If your checked-in luggage has not arrived at the scheduled destination point within 48 hours, you will be reimbursed for your charges within 4 days of arrival at the scheduled destination for emergency purchase of essential clothing and requisite.
