TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RCS CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN
1. This Raffles City Shopping Centre Promotion (“promotion”) is valid from 1 Nov to 31 Dec 2020 (both dates inclusive) at participating merchants in Raffles City Shopping Centre.
2. The promotion is only applicable to Qualifying Basic American Express® CapitaCard Members, and only eligible for payments made with the American Express CapitaCard issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore.
3. This promotion is non-transferrable or applicable in conjunction with any other offers, ongoing promotions and discounts, unless otherwise stated.
4. Period (I) From 1 Nov to 30 Nov 2020,
4(a). Receive 100,000 STAR$ when you make a minimum cumulative spend of S$1,500 with your American Express CapitaCard at participating merchants in Raffles City Shopping Centre.
4(b). On top of clause 4(a), receive another 200,000 STAR$ when you make an additional minimum cumulative spend S$1,500 (total spend of S$3,000) with your American Express CapitaCard at participating merchants in Raffles City Shopping Centre.
4(c). Each Basic Card Member is only entitled to a maximum of 300,000 STAR$ once during this period from 1 Nov to 30 Nov 2020.
5. Period (II) From 1 Dec to 31 Dec 2020,
5(a). Receive 100,000 STAR$ when you make a minimum cumulative spend of S$1,500 with your American Express CapitaCard at participating merchants in Raffles City Shopping Centre.
5(b). On top of clause 5(a), receive another 200,000 STAR$ when you make an additional minimum cumulative spend S$1,500 (total spend of S$3,000) with your American Express CapitaCard at participating merchants in Raffles City Shopping Centre.
5(c). Each Basic Card Member is only entitled to a maximum of 300,000 STAR$ once during this period from 1 Dec to 30 Dec 2020.
6. All STAR$ earned from this promotion will be credited into your American Express CapitaCard within 4 - 6 weeks after the required spend is met by Card Member. All STAR$ with your American Express CapitaCard will be credited directly into your CapitaStar account after your billing statement date.

8. The eligible spend is represented by the transaction amount reflected on your monthly bill statement. It excludes eCapitaVoucher purchases and a full list of non-eligible purchases or transactions (visit amex.co/SGexclusions ), which is non-exhaustive and is subject to changes from time to time.
9. Spend on eligible purchases incurred by Supplementary Card Member(s) shall accrue to the Basic Card Member.
10. To qualify for STAR$, your American Express CapitaCard Account must be in good standing and not cancelled for any reason.
11. The promotion will be reversed if qualifying spend is not met due to purchases being refunded or cancelled.
12. American Express and Raffles City Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute the offer with another reward of equivalent value without prior notice and without assigning any reasons.
13. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is not applicable in conjunction with other offers, promotions and discounts, unless otherwise stated.

15. American Express and Raffles City Shopping Centre reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditons at any time without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and Raffles City Shopping Centre shall be final.
