Singtel Lucky Draw

• The "Singtel Lucky Draw" (the "Draw") is organized by American Express International Inc., Singapore Branch ("Amex").
  
  
• To be eligible to participate in the Draw, the individual must fulfil the following criteria:
  
  
  • Be an American Express Basic Card Member holding a qualifying personal American Express Card issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore ("Card Members" and "Cards" respectively). The following Cards do not qualify for participation in the Draw:
    • American Express Corporate Cards; and
    • American Express Singapore Airlines Business Cards; and
    • American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited, Citibank Singapore Limited; and
       
  • Not be an employee of Singapore Telecommunications Limited., American Express International Inc., their advertising agencies, subsidiaries of the abovementioned parties, the immediate families of the employees of the abovementioned parties, and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Draw as determined by the Organizer(s).
     
• The Campaign Period is from 1 May 2020 to 30 September 2020. There will be five (5) Draws and the Qualifying Period for each Draw is as follows, and a total of 10 Winners will be selected for each Draw:
  
  
  • Draw 1's Qualifying Period: 1 May - 31 May 2020, with Draw Date of 15 Jun 2020.
  • Draw 2's Qualifying Period: 1 Jun - 30 Jun 2020, with Draw Date of 14 Jul 2020.
  • Draw 3's Qualifying Period: 1 Jul - 31 Jul 2020, with Draw Date of 14 Aug 2020.
  • Draw 4's Qualifying Period: 1 Aug - 31 Aug 2020, with Draw Date of 14 Sep 2020.
  • Draw 5's Qualifying Period: 1 Sep - 30 Sep 2020, with Draw Date of 15 Oct 2020.
     
• Qualifying Card Members will  be auto-enrolled into the Draw.
  
  
• How to Qualify for the Draw:
  
  
  • For eligibe American Exress Card Members:
    
    Sign up for Singtel recurring payments and receive one (1) entry for the Draw for each Singtel recurring payment transaction made with an eligible American Express Card. i.e. If Card Member were to make 2 Singtel recurring payment transactions in 1 Qualifying Period, he/she will receive two (2) entroes for the Draw.
    
    The Singtel recurring payment transaction must be made during any Qualifying Period of the Campaign Period of 1 May - 30 Sep 2020 in order to qualify for the entry for any of the Qualifying Periods. Winners are able to participate in the Lucky Draw and make qualifying spend again to be eligible for subsequent months. 
     
• All Singtel recurring bill payments or transcations made via other channels, including but not limited to, SAM machines/mobile app or AXS machines/mobile app, do not qualify as eligible spend for the Draw.
  
  
• Supplementary Card Members are entitled to participate in the Draw too.
  
  
• The prizes for the Draw are as follows and there will be a total of fifty (50) winners (each a "Winner"):
  
  
  • Singtel Lucky Draw Prize: The Prize for each Winner is $200 worth of Dairy Farm vouchers.
    
    
  • 10 Winners will be selected from all the qualifying Card members who have made Singtel transactions each Qualifying Period. AMEX will distribute Winners the Dairy Farm barcodes in 2 separate letters/email containing 2x $50 Dairy Farm voucher barcode each. Winners of each month will also be notified via a call and the list of Winners will be put up on www.amex.co/singteldraw within 7 days from Draw Date(s).
     
• Card Members can only win once for each month's Draw. Winner, at the point where the Draw is made, must be an active AMEX Card Member as prizes will be given to existing active AMEX Card Members only.
  
  
• The Draw will be held on the date listed out in Clause 3 at the office of American Express International Inc. located at 20 (West) Pasir Panjang Road, Mapletree Business City #08-00, Singapore 117439, or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by Amex. The Winners will be selected at random by Amex by computerised system under the supervision of an independent public accountant.
  
  
• All Card Accounts must also be in good standing from 1 May 2020, through to the time of awarding of the prize, in order for the Card Member to qualify to win the relevant prize.
  
  
• Within seven (7) days after the Draw Date, the 10 Winners of each month will be listed on our Card Member Promotion Page. Thereafter, the Winners will receive a letter/email within 4 to 6 weeks from the Draw Date and will be given the Dairy Farm Vouchers.
  
  
• The Organizer(s) reserve the right to replace any Winner if he/she is found to be disqualified.
  
  
• Draw entries awarded to a Card Member are neither neogitable nor transferable.
  
  
• The Organizer(s) reserve the right to draw reserve Winners to replace the original Winner who may subsequently be disqualified or deemed ineligible.
  
  
• The Organizer(s) reserve the right to determine the number of entries allocated to an eligible Card Member.
  
  
• By participating in the Draw, the Card Member agrees to be bound by the rules, regulations and decisions of the Organizers and by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in a disqualification of the Card Member from the Draw.
  
  
• By participating in the Draw, the Winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of the Organizer(s) relating to the Draw for over a period of one (1) year. The Winner agrees that Amex may publicize the name, identification number or passport number and/or photograph of the Winner is such mode and manner as Amex considers fit. By providing the Organizer(s) with personal information, the Card Members consent for Amex to collect, use and disclose his or her respective personal information for the purpose of facilitating his or her participation and providing him or her with information on the Draw. The Winner also consent for the Organizer(s) to share their personal information with the suppliers of the prize for the purposes of providing him or her with the prize.
  
  
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
  
  
• If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, it will be donated to a charitable organization agreed between the Organizer(s). The Winner whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to any compensation notwithstanding the non-receipt by the Winner of the winning notification for whatever reason.
  
  
• The Organizer(s) will not be responsible for any loss, claim or liability whatsoever suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the Draw (including the acceptance or possession of any prize) howsoever arising, including without limitation, any loss of opportunity to participate due to any entries not received for any reasons whatsoever, any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computing system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected or lost in post, claims, cost, injuries, losses, or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portayal in a false light.
  
  
• The decision of the Organizer(s) on all matters relating the Draw is final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  
  
• The Organizer(s) reserve the right to replace any prize with another item, or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Draw at any time in their sole discretion without notice.
  
  
• The Organizer(s) reserve the right to claim the full cost of the Prize from the Card Member in the event that the eligible Card transcation is cancelled or reversed after the Prize has been awarded.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore laws the Singapore Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
