Terms and Conditions for the Lazada 5.5 Sale (“Offer”) 

1. From 5 May 2022, 0000hrs to 9 May 2022, 2359hrs, eligible American Express Card Members will be able to enjoy S$6 off with a minimum spend of S$150 in a single transaction on the Lazada App.

2. To enjoy the S$6 off with minimum spending of S$150, eligible American Express Card Members have to collect the eligible voucher (as below) which will be automatically applied to the eligible purchase upon checking out.

a. Voucher is available for collection from 30 April 2022, 0000hrs to 9 May 2022, 2359hrs.

b. Voucher is refreshed for collection at 9am, 12pm and 6pm, from 30 April to 9 May 2022.

c. Voucher is valid for use on 5 May 2022, 0000hrs to 9 May 2022, 2359hrs. 

d. Voucher is valid for Lazada orders only, excluding RedMart.

e. Voucher is limited to one (1) redemption per customer. 

f. Voucher is applicable for American Express Cards only.

g. Voucher is applicable on the Lazada app for iOS and Android only.

h. Voucher is not applicable on delivery charges, over-the-phone purchases and the following categories: digital goods; jewelry/gold; toddler formula (0 - 12 months); and over the counter (OTC) medicine.

i.  Voucher is applicable for single use only, and may be stacked with other free shipping, sellers' and Lazada campaign collectable vouchers.

j.  Vouvher is not stackable with other bank/payment vouchers.

k. Voucher is limited to the first 1,500 redemptions, on a first come first serve basis.

3. The Offer is applicable for valid personal basic and/supplementary American Express^® Card, issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore, excluding American Express Corporate Cards, American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card and American Express Cards issued in Singapore by Citibank Singapore Limited, DBS Bank Ltd and United Overseas Bank Limited ("Eligible Cards" and accordingly "Eligible Card Members").

4. Lazada’s Terms and Conditions apply. American Express acts solely as a payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the respective service establishment. Lazada are solely responsible for the fulfilment of the Offer and all relevant privileges.

5. American Express International Inc. shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever caused by or arising from any failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, defect or deficiency in any services and benefits of the Merchants’ offers. Card Member(s) acknowledges that any disputes in relation to the use of the Offer are to be directed solely to Lazada who is providing such benefits.

6. In the event of our suspicion of illegal activities in connection with the offer, including without limitation fraud or an attempt at deception, American Express and Lazada are entitled to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

7. American Express and Lazada reserve the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions listed above or terminate the Offer and/or replace the Offer with another offer of similar value without prior notice.
