- Agoda "7% off worldwide” promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for online bookings made from 5 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 (“Booking period”), for stays between 5 January 2023 to 30 June 2024, both dates inclusive (“Stay period”).
- Details of the Promotion as follows:
- The Promotion is applicable for participating hotels tagged with the “Coupon applicable” banner (prepaid room types only, not applicable for pay at the hotel room types) made through a dedicated landing page at the following website: https://www.agoda.com/amex.
- To book on Agoda app for this worldwide offer, click the redirect button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop version to save the promo coupon automatically in your Agoda app. To apply promo coupon, click on the 'Promotion' tab on the payment page to select the coupon.
- The Promotion is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, and additional charges).
- American Express Card Members are required to settle payments in full with an Eligible American Express® Card (“Card Members”) during the booking period to enjoy the Promotion.
- "Eligible American Express Cards" are qualifying personal basic and/or supplementary American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore only, excluding American Express Corporate Cards, and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
- The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or other products and services.
- The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, rewards, loyalty programmes, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
- Card Members may be asked to present the American Express Card used to make the online purchase for verification purposes during check-in.
- Savings applied may be nulled if there are any reservation changes made after purchase confirmation, or after promotion period. Card Member may be required to pay for the reservation difference, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (where applicable).
- American Express reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion if any fraud or gaming by users, technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion which may result in any loss or damage to American Express. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any such incident and take reasonable steps to ensure you are not unfairly impacted if the incident is due to something we have done or failed to do. American Express reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected of fraud, gaming the promotion or any breach of the Promotion Terms.
